FORMAL DINNER MENU

Our formal dinner menu typically includes an appetizer and entrée with paired wines and a dessert with coffee. 

Menu Options: You may choose from any item on our bistro menu.

FIRST Course
(Choice of one)

(Paired with a white wine or a red wine)

Butter lettuce salad with kalamata olives, caramelized walnuts and feta cheese

Roasted apple and watercress salad with Point Reyes blue cheese, maple-glazed pecans and sherry vinaigrette

Romaine salad with roasted sweet garlic, toasted parmesan and white anchovy vinaigrette

SECOND Course
(Choice of one)

(Paired with a white wine or a red wine)

Roasted free range Amish chicken with grilled red onions, hot mustard, rosemary jus and pommes frites

Alaskan halibut baked with a panko and sesame seed crust, wasabi mashed potatoes, pickled ginger vinaigrette and tempura vegtetables

Roasted acorn squash filled with wild mushroom risotto,with spicy roasted fennel-tomato sauce



Grilled filet mignon with a potato galette, oxtail “pot-au-feu” and shallot Cabernet butter

 

DESSERT

Crème Brulee Sampler (vanilla, gingerbread, pumpkin spice)
